• Do I need SecureOffice for Project work?

  No, although we do not often take on Project-only clients, given the fact that SecureOffice is crucial to your IT’s strong foundations.

  The majority of our Projects are delivered to SecureOffice clients with whom we already have existing support agreements in place.

• Is custom development involved?

  It depends. TribeTech has a separate part of the business, TribeDev, that performs modern, custom development. However, this type of development can be expensive, both initially and to maintain. We would generally only utilise that for specialised solutions where clients would receive a respectable return on the costs involved.

• What is the average cost for an automation setup project?

  This is a bit like asking “how long is a piece of string?”

  It varies.

  Some projects may be simple and only require a few days of effort, whereas other projects may require small teams over longer periods of time. We will work with you upfront to estimate the cost and effort involved in order to achieve your desired outcomes. We can then weigh out our options and help you analyse whether or not that would be a good investment for the business.

  We have found we can automate many tasks, provided we have access to the data involved.
